A Roof Cleaning is done by using the only recommended method of cleaning an ashphalt roof by the ARMAA (ashphalt roof manufacturers association of america). We apply our specialized roof cleaning solution lightly and safely at a very low pressure and then we give it a low pressure rinse. This will bring all of the color back to your shingles and eliminate the black algae streaks, moss, mold, mildew, lichen and any form of organic growth and dirt from the roof. A roof is made roof ashphalt and limestone filler these forms of organic growth actually feed on limestone and they deteriorate your roof and cut the life span in half. Includes clearing all debris from the inside of the gutters. We do this with a leaf blower or using our pressure washer to blow out the gutters and make sure the downspouts are flowing. If the roof is walkable, we will walk the roof. If not, we will use a ladder and clean the gutters from our ladder.
